Mark your calendars for The Championship Show at World Equestrian Center, Ocala featuring an estimated purse of $1,670,000. The Championship Show runs from Sept. 29 through Oct. 24, and features a mix of AQHA and futurity classes. All futurity classes are NSBA approved and the first payments are due June 1.
The event will compete with the All-American Quarter Horse Congress, now in its 54th year, is scheduled for Sept. 28 to Oct. 24, in Columbus, Ohio.

Western Pleasure & Hunter Under Saddle
One of the biggest purses, estimated at $100,000 will be for the $2,500 Limited Horse Western Pleasure Futurity (Open and Limited). An estimated purse of $85,000 will be dedicated to the 3-Year-Old Hunter Under Saddle Futurity (Open & Limited).
Additional $75,000 (estimated) purses will go to the following classes: 2-Year-Old Maiden Western Pleasure Futurity (Open & Limited); 2-Year-Old Non-Pro Western Pleasure (Open & Limited); $5,000 Maturity Horse Western Pleasure Futurity (Open & Limited); $10,000 Maturity Horse Western Pleasure Futurity (Open & Limited); Maturity Open Western Pleasure Futurity Open & Limited) ; Maturity Non-Pro Western Pleasure Futurity (Open & Limited); 2-Year-Old Maiden Hunter Under Saddle Futurity (Open & Limited); and 3-Year-Old Non-Pro Hunter Under Saddle Futurity (Open & Limited).
An estimated purse of $60,000 will go to the Maturity Open Hunter Under Saddle Futurity (Open & Limited) and Maturity Non-Pro Hunter Under Saddle Futurity (Open & Limited) classes.
Trail
The 3-Year-Old Open Trail Stakes class will feature an estimated purse of $75,000 while competitors in the 3-Year-Old Non-Pro Trail Stakes, Green Trail Stakes; Junior Horse Trail Stakes and Senior Horse Trail Stakes classes will compete for an estimated purse of $50,000.
Both the 4&5-Year-Old Open Trail Stakes and 4&5-Year-Old Non-Pro Trail Stakes classes feature an estimated purse of $30,000.
Ranch
Three Ranch Riding Stakes classes – Green, Junior, and Senior – and Open Ranch Riding Rail will have estimated purses of $30,000.
