Six names were added to the list of approved American Paint Horse Association (APHA) judges following the organization’s annual applicant exam, which was held April 29 – May 1 at Cinder Lakes Ranch in Gainesville, Texas.
Nine judge applicants evaluated 14 live classes before returning to a classroom setting to judge nine filmed classes. Next, applicants were tested on APHA rules during a closed book test and finished the process with individual interviews before the Judges Committee.
