APHA Rule Changes

Got a big idea for Paint Horses? APHA members are invited—and encouraged—to take part in improving the association by submitting rule change proposals by August 1.

Complete the required Rule Change Proposal form and submit it to Allyson Pennington via mail or email with a postmark date of August 1.
