AQHA is processing work at normal rates with turnaround at less than one week for registrations and transfers. Please remember, you can also submit foal registrations, file stallion breeding reports and order DNA kits and five-panel disease test kits online. Any work submitted online receives expedited service, as it is typically processed the next business day.

Please note, these turnaround times are based on when the completed paperwork and necessary documents are received in the office. So be sure your paperwork is filled out properly and that you submit the correct documents and photos required.

As the end of the year draws closer, there is a sudden influx in the volume of paperwork in the office, which prolongs the turnaround time. So if you have been holding work, now is the time to send it in, as all production areas are processing work on a normal turnaround time.
