Funeral services were held Saturday for trainer Seth Michael Marlatt, of Greencastle, Indiana, who died on May 2, at the age of 35.
He was born Sept. 6, 1981 in Greencastle, the son of Michael and Brenda (Adams) Marlatt and was a 2000 graduate of Greencastle High School.
Marlatt was a horse trainer having worked in Indiana, Texas, and Georgia for several years, and a DAC Dealer in horse supplement. He was a member of the Professional Horseman’s Association, the National Snaffle Bit Association (NSBA), AQHA, and IQHA.
He is survived by his parents; aunts, Sue Ann (Rob) Stinson, Marie Borer, and Wanda (Kerry) Hutcheson, uncle, Jim Adams, several cousins, and his bulldog, Beans.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; an aunt, Donna Fay Myers, and his blue healer, Mercedes.
