Amanda Jackson and Mark Katafiasz welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world last night. Scarlett Grace Katafiasz was born on July 9, 2015 weighing just 5 pounds and measuring 17.5 inches. Both mom and baby are doing great and the proud new parents are excited for the horse world to meet their little girl.

Jackson and Katafiasz own and operate Katafiasz Futurity Horses in Ocala, Florida. The couple began dating in 2009 and this is their first child together. Congratulations to the new parents!
