Congratulations to AQHA and NSBA trainers Blake Britton and Becca Hurst, who were married yesterday at Cooks Creek, in South Bloomfield, Ohio. A reception followed at the Hampton Inn Scioto Downs Casino in Columbus.

Blake, the son of Jana and Tony Britton, is a 2011 graduate of Zane Trace High School. He worked for Mitch and Jennifer Leckey and for Beckey Schooler from 2012 to 2015, before opening his own training operation. He has trained Congress Champions and numerous futurity winners.

Becca, originally from Michigan, is the daughter of Ron and Cathy (Merritt) Hurst, of Holland, Ohio and graduated from Whiteford High School in Michigan. She too worked for Beckey Schooler before joining Blake at Blake Britton Show Horses in Chillicothe, Ohio and has trained, coached or exhibited numerous futurity winners and point earners.
