Hillary Roberts of Pilot Point, Texas rode Scoot Over, a 2013 mare by RL Best Of Sudden and out of Always Invite Molly, to a win in the Non-Pro 3 & Over $7,500 Limited Horse Western Pleasure Class held Tuesday evening at A Little Futurity in Raleigh, North Carolina. The total purse for the class of 15 was $27,200.
“We got her from Rusty and we love her, she’s just so sweet and mellow and fun to be around,” Susan Roberts said. “Linda Neece had her and Rusty showed her a little last year.”
Roberts collected a check for $8,248 for her victory.
Reserve Champion in the class went to Extremely Good Stuff shown by Nancy Wilkerson-Ditty of Ocala, Florida. Ditty took home a check for $7,344 for her second place finish.
While the class was warming up a drawing was done for a Yeti Cooler with the proceeds going to support the North Carolina Youth Association. The winner of the drawing was Trisha Yamber of Roberta, Georgia.

9th/10th: VS Code Me Lucky, owned by Mr. and Mrs. William Wilkes, shown by Melissa Wilkes
9th/10th: Suddenly a Cowgirl, owned and shown by Steve Niblett
